Alan D. Voos is our Appellate Court specialist. Alan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Vermont and his law degree (Cum Laude) form the State University of New York School of Law at Buffalo . He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut . Alan's sharp legal intellect has protected many of our clients' rights and verdicts in the higher courts. His name can be found in several landmark decisions for his outstanding appellate work.

William D. Murphy is one of the key players on the Collins & Maxwell team. He is a 1998 graduate of UB Law School. Bill has a strong community, labor and political background. He is a native of South Buffalo having graduated from Bishop Timon in 1989. He joined the firm to continue fighting for the rights of building trades members and others that have been seriously injured. With his deep commitment to Western New York and its working men and women, Bill provides a helping hand and legal representation to area labor unions, their members, and their family and friends.

Luke A. Brown is the most recent addition to Collins & Maxwell. A life long resident of the Buffalo area, Luke graduated with his Bachelor’s degree (Cum Laude) from Canisius College in 2004 and his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2007. Luke comes from a long tradition of trade unionism, his grandfather and father both being Union Plasters and Business Agents for their local, and is dedicated to our continuing representation of hard working men and women.
